Verify mentions
Verify mentions is a human review queue across every project you may verify. Use it to confirm what the crawler found, correct sentiment or intent, and mark off-topic posts as irrelevant so they stay out of analytics and reports.
Open it from the sidebar: Social listening → Verify mentions.
Who can verify
- Account owners and admins, and members with a role that has the
listening.verifypermission. - Anyone with the Analyst or Manager role on a project, including guests shared as analysts.
Review mentions
- Filter the queue: period, projects, sentiment, status (To verify by default, Verified, Irrelevant, or All), type (post or comment), platform and text.
- Open a mention to see it in full, with its review history.
- Act on it:
- Mark verified;
- correct the Sentiment or the Intent (this also verifies it);
- Mark irrelevant (also verifies it) or Mark relevant again;
- add a Reviewer note, seen by everyone who reviews the project.
- To act on many at once, select them (up to 200) and use Verify selected or the other actions.
Hidden mentions do not enter the queue.
What "irrelevant" does
An irrelevant mention stays in the feed (with an Irrelevant label) so you can review it again, but it no longer counts anywhere: dashboard, campaigns, reports, compare and alerts all leave it out.
A sentiment or intent set by a person is never overwritten by the AI.

Review history and reviewer stats
Every change is kept in an audit trail: who changed what, from which value to which, and when. Open Review history on a mention to see it. Changes are also written to the activity log of the account that owns the project.
Reviewers shows, per person, how many mentions they reviewed, verified, corrected (sentiment and intent) and marked irrelevant, and when they last reviewed.
