Mentions

Every post, comment and review that matches a project becomes a mention. The Mentions tab of a project is the feed of all of them, de-duplicated: when a post is seen again, its views, likes, comments and shares are updated instead of creating a copy.

Two views

  • List: rows with a Preview panel on the side (the post, its counts, and the labels you can change).
  • Gallery: a grid of image cards.

Both views share the same filters, sorting, export and bulk actions.

Filters

The filter bar is shared by the feed, the dashboard and most analytics, so a filter means the same thing everywhere.

FilterValues
PeriodLast 7, 30, 90 or 180 days, or a Custom range (up to one year). Uses the publish date, or the date first seen.

Show hiddenInclude mentions you hid

Search terms, project keywords, brand keywords and attribute keywords are highlighted in each mention.

Sorting

Sort by time (Newest, Oldest), by interactions, by views, by video length, by stars (reviews) or Recently found. Mentions without a value for the sort always come last.

What a mention shows

  • Author, handle (with a verified badge when the platform reports one), followers and a link to the profile.
  • Text, hashtags, publish date and a link to Open original.
  • Views, reactions, comments, shares, and when known: saves, reposts, quotes, Facebook reactions by type, video length, format, music, place and tagged accounts.
  • Images: Lantfly stores a copy of every image of the post (and the cover of a video), so thumbnails do not break when platform links expire. Video files are not stored.
  • Labels: sentiment, intent, attributes, the Own / Paid / Earned source, and whether it is an ad.
  • Its metric history: views and engagement over time, from the counts seen on each collection.

When a refresh finds a post deleted or made private, it is marked as such and no longer updated.

Sentiment

Lantfly's AI labels each mention positive, neutral or negative, in batches, shortly after it is collected. It understands Vietnamese and English. You can correct the label in the Preview panel, with bulk actions, or in Verify mentions. A label set by a person is never overwritten by the AI.

note

If the project shows "Automatic sentiment labels are not on for this account yet", contact support to turn them on. You can still set sentiment by hand.

Intent

Each mention also gets an intent, in the same AI pass:

IntentMeaning
ProviderSells, offers or promotes (shops, agencies, ads)
SeekerAsks for a recommendation, information or a price, or wants to buy
GeneralOther discussion

Obvious phrases ("cho hỏi", "mua ở đâu", "ib giá", "inbox") label new mentions right away; these show as Guessed from obvious phrases until the AI confirms them. Seeker mentions are your leads.

Ads and paid posts

Posts the platform marks as ads or paid partnerships (for example TikTok branded content, Spark Ads and TikTok Shop affiliate videos) are kept, flagged is_ad, and counted as Paid media. Use the ad=1 or ad=0 filter in the API to see only ads or no ads.

Attributes (custom labels)

Attributes are your own labels: product lines, topics, issues. Create them on the Settings tab under Attributes.

  1. Click New attribute and give it a Name and a Colour.
  2. Choose a Type: attribute, product line, topic cluster or tracking term (for grouping only).
  3. Under Tag automatically when, add conditions on keyword, hashtag, author or platform, and choose any condition matches or all conditions match. Leave conditions empty to tag by hand only.
  4. Save. Matching mentions, new and existing, are tagged in the background.

You can tag and untag mentions by hand in the feed. A label you removed by hand is not put back by the rules. A project can have up to 50 attributes. The dashboard breaks mentions down per attribute; click one to filter.

Hide a mention

Hidden mentions disappear from the feed, the dashboard, reports and public walls. Turn on Show hidden to see them and Show again to restore them.

Bulk actions

Select up to 200 mentions in either view to:

  • Hide or Show again;
  • set Sentiment or Intent;
  • Add or Remove an Attribute;
  • Mark irrelevant or Mark relevant (needs the right to verify; see Verify mentions);
  • Export selected.

Export

Export downloads the filtered feed as CSV (UTF-8, opens in Excel) or XLSX, in the same order as the feed, up to 10,000 rows. Export selected exports only the mentions you selected (up to 500). Columns include the platform, author, text, URL, counts, sentiment, intent, hashtags, is_ad, the extended fields (duration, format, saves, reactions, language, place, music, tagged accounts, verified author) and, for reviews, rating, target, variant, verified purchase and seller reply.

Cells that start with =, +, - or @ are prefixed with ' so spreadsheets do not run them as formulas.

Raw data

Analysts and managers can open Raw data from the Preview panel: the full item the scraper returned for that mention, latest version. Secret-looking values are masked. With the API: GET /listening/projects/{project}/mentions/{id}/raw.
