Owned accounts and Own / Paid / Earned

Lantfly splits every mention into three media sources, so you can tell your own content from paid partnerships and from what people say on their own.

Own	Posts by your owned accounts: your brand's pages and profiles
Paid	Posts with ad wording (#ad, #sponsored, #quangcao, "paid partnership", "hợp tác có trả phí"…), posts the platform flags as ads, and posts by creators booked in a campaign within its dates and hashtags
Earned	Everything else

Own wins over Paid. The split is on the dashboard (Own / Paid / Earned), in the Media source filter, in Compare and in exports.

Add owned accounts

1. Open the project's Settings tab and find Owned accounts.
2. Under Paste profile or page URLs, paste one URL per line (up to 50 at a time). TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Threads, X, Pinterest, Lemon8, Reddit and Telegram are supported.
3. Click Verify URLs. Each line shows what Lantfly read from it (platform, account type and handle) or why it was refused.
4. Add the valid URLs and click Save. Own / Paid / Earned is recalculated for every mention in the background.

You can also add an @handle directly. A project can have up to 50 owned accounts.

Why a URL is refused

Result	Meaning
Not a URL	The line is not a link
Unsupported platform	Not one of the platforms above
Short link	vt.tiktok.com, youtu.be, fb.me, pin.it and similar links need to be opened to know whose they are. Paste the full profile URL
Not a profile or page	A post, video, group or search
Duplicate	The same account appears earlier in the list
Already owned	The project already has it

Verifying only reads the text of the URL: nothing is opened or saved until you save.

How owned accounts change collection

• Posts by an owned account are always kept, even without your keywords. Excluded keywords still drop them.
• They are kept whatever their language.
• They are not counted in the aggregate audience estimates.

PUT replaces the whole list. Both calls need the manager role on the project; verify is limited to 30 requests per minute.
