Leads

A lead is a mention with the intent seeker: a post or comment that asks for a recommendation, information or a price, or wants to buy. The project's Leads tab collects them so your team can follow up.

How mentions become leads

Each mention gets an intent with its sentiment (see Mentions):

  • the AI labels it provider, seeker or general;
  • obvious phrases such as "cho hỏi", "mua ở đâu", "xin info" or "giá bao nhiêu" label a new mention seeker right away, shown as Guessed from obvious phrases until the AI confirms it;
  • you can correct the intent by hand, in the feed or in Verify mentions.

Hidden mentions and mentions marked irrelevant are not leads.

Work a lead

Each lead shows the author with a link to their profile, the text, platform, time, the post it is under (for comments) and the project keywords it contains.

  1. Open the Leads tab. Filter by Status, Platform, Type (Posts and comments, Posts only, Comments only), Assignee, dates, or Text or @creator.

  2. Set the Status on the row:

    StatusUse it for
    NewNot handled yet
    ContactedYou reached out
    QualifiedA real opportunity
    IgnoredNot worth following up
  3. Pick an Assignee: someone in the account or a guest the project is shared with.

  4. Add a Lead note, seen by everyone on the project.

To update many leads, select them and use Set status or Assign to (up to 200). If someone else changed a lead in the meantime, it is left as they set it and reported as not changed.

Changing leads needs the Analyst role or higher. Every change is kept in the mention's review history.

Alerts

Create an alert of type New lead to be told about each new seeker mention, post or comment. See Alerts.

Export

Export downloads the filtered leads as CSV or XLSX, up to 10,000 rows: platform, type, time, author, profile link, text, URL, matched keywords, status, assignee and note.

Privacy

Leads only contain what was collected publicly. Lantfly does not look people up elsewhere or enrich their data. Leads from Facebook comments depend on how many comments Facebook shows without signing in.
