Reports

The project's Reports tab has two parts: Generated reports (made by Lantfly, plus the email schedules) and Uploaded reports (PDFs made by your analysts).

Generate an intelligence report

An intelligence report freezes every number of a period, so it does not change as new mentions arrive.

  1. Open Reports → Generated and click New intelligence report.
  2. Choose the period (From, To) and click Generate.
  3. The report opens ready to print or save as PDF (Print / PDF).

A report contains the dashboard KPIs with the previous period, hashtags, topics, peaks, top mentions, top influencers, the aggregate audience estimate and, when the project has reviews, a reviews section with the latest 1–2 star reviews.

It starts with a written AI summary of 5 to 7 bullet points (powered by Google Gemini). When AI is not available, a Rule summary built from the numbers is used instead. Summaries are written in Vietnamese.

You can also download a report as a self-contained HTML file or as CSV (section, key, value, previous, change). Reports carry your agency's branding when you have white-label branding.

For a live view instead of a frozen one, use Live print view or Export PDF on the dashboard.

Scheduled reports

Email a report to your team or client on a schedule. A project can have up to 5 schedules.

  1. In Reports → Generated, click New schedule.
  2. Enter a Name (for example "Weekly brand report") and pick a Type:
    • Summary report: an intelligence report of the period, saved with the project's reports.
    • Negative alert: an email of the mentions that became negative since the last send, by platform, with the top 10 by interactions. Nothing is sent when there are none.
  3. Enter the recipients in To (up to 10) and, optionally, CC (up to 10). Without CC, every recipient gets an email of their own; with CC, everyone gets one shared email.
  4. Choose the Frequency: Daily, Days of week (pick the days), Weekly (sent on Mondays) or Monthly (sent on the 1st of the month).
  5. Choose the Delivery time: up to 6 Fixed times, or Recurring every N hours from the start of the window (or midnight). Without either, it sends at 08:00.
  6. Optional: set a Sending window (for example 08:00–20:00). Nothing is sent outside it; an end before the start wraps midnight.
  7. Check the Summary sentence, which spells out when it will send, and click Save.

All times are in the project's timezone.

Which period a scheduled report covers

  • A weekly or monthly schedule that sends once a day reports the last full week (Monday to Sunday) or the last full month.
  • Every other schedule reports from its last send to now: the last 24 hours the first time, at most 31 days.

Send now sends the next report right away, whatever the window, without moving the scheduled period. Pause and resume schedules from the list, and filter it by All, Active or Paused.

Only project managers see the recipient addresses; others see how many there are.

Uploaded reports

Keep the reports your analysts make in other tools next to the generated ones.

  1. Open Reports → Uploaded and click Upload report.
  2. Enter a Name and an optional Description.
  3. Drop the PDF file (up to 20 MB).
  4. Optional: add Preview images, PNG or JPEG, up to 30 images of up to 2 MB each. 16:9 looks best.
  5. Click Upload.

Everyone who can open the project, guests included, can browse the library (with a preview carousel), Search reports by name and Download the PDF. Uploading and deleting need the manager role. A project can hold up to 200 uploaded reports. Files are checked by their content, not their name: a file that is not really a PDF, PNG or JPEG is refused.
