Creators
Every author of a post in your project is a creator. Lantfly groups their posts and keeps their totals up to date, so you can see who drives the conversation and follow the ones that matter.
The Creators tab
The project's Creators tab has two views:
- All creators: every creator of the project with followers, posts, views, engagement, engagement rate and last post.
Sort by Most engagement, Most views, Most posts, Most followers, Best engagement rate or Posted
most recently, and filter by platform or
@handle or name. - Influencers in the period: the authors of the filtered mentions, with sentiment. See Analytics.
Totals are over their visible posts in this project. Only posts count: commenters and reviewers are not creators.
- Followers is the newest count seen; the highest count ever seen is kept as peak followers.
- Engagement rate is engagement divided by views; without views, engagement per follower per post.
Click a creator to see their stats and recent posts.
Follow a creator
Track creator adds the creator's profile as a source of the project (for example a TikTok profile, a YouTube channel or a Facebook page), so their new posts are collected on every run. It works on platforms that have profile, page or channel sources.
- It counts toward your plan's source limit and is billed like any source.
- Select several creators to follow or Stop following them at once (up to 200). Stopping removes their profile source; mentions already found stay.
- A creator you follow can trigger a Creator posted alert.
Creator directory
Social listening → Creator directory gathers the creators of all your account's own projects in one place, merged by platform and handle. Projects shared with you by other accounts are not included, and members restricted to some projects only see the creators of those projects.
Each creator shows followers (the highest current count across projects), posts, views, engagement, engagement rate, last post, number of projects, Niche (their 5 most used hashtags), Location when the platform provides it, and the sentiment of their posts.
Filter by platform, handle or name, followers range, engagement rate range, niche (a hashtag or a word in their posts), location and list. Open a creator to see the projects they posted in and their recent posts.
Creator lists
Lists are shortlists the whole team sees, for example "Tết 2027 KOLs".
- In the creator directory, click New list and name it.
- Select creators and click Add to list (or Save to list on one creator). From a project's Creators tab you can also add selected creators to a list.
- Filter the directory by list, Rename list or Delete list at any time. Deleting a list keeps the creators in the directory.
An account can have up to 100 lists, each with up to 2,000 creators. A list only stores platform and handle; numbers are always read fresh from your projects. Only creators already in your directory can be saved.
Creating and editing lists needs the listening.manage permission.
Export
Export on the project's Creators tab or in the directory downloads the list as CSV or XLSX. Directory exports follow the filters and hold up to 20,000 rows.
Privacy
The directory only contains public profile information that the platform returned with the posts. Lantfly does not enrich it (no email, phone, age or gender per person), does not merge data across customer accounts, and removes a project's creators when you delete the project.
