Listening
Lantfly Listening is social listening for brands, agencies and campaign teams. You create a project, tell it what to watch (sources), and Lantfly collects matching posts, comments and reviews on a schedule. Everything lands in one de-duplicated mention feed with analytics, sentiment, creators, campaigns, alerts and reports on top.
Open it from the Console sidebar: Social listening → Listening at lantfly.com.

How it works
- Create a project with the keywords that decide what belongs in the feed. See Create a project.
- Add sources: the hashtags, profiles, pages and searches to read. See Sources.
- Lantfly collects on a schedule (every 6 hours by default, at most every 15 minutes). Each source is read by one scraper run per collection. Runs are started under the project owner's account and billed like any other run (see Limits and billing).
- Mentions are filtered and de-duplicated. A post is kept when it matches the project's keywords and languages; the same post seen again updates its counts instead of creating a copy.
- Mentions are labeled. AI assigns a sentiment (positive, neutral, negative) and an intent (provider, seeker, general).
- You analyze and act: dashboard and topic cloud, creators and campaigns with EMV, alerts to Slack or email, scheduled reports, and public walls for clients and KOLs.
