Reviews

Review sources collect what customers write about a product, a shop, a place or an app. Each review becomes a mention of kind review, in the same feed as posts and comments, with the same sentiment, intent, export and alerts.

Supported platforms

Lazadaproduct, shop, keywordA product URL (or a Lazada share link), a shop URL, or a search term
TikTok Shopproduct, shopA TikTok Shop Vietnam product URL or id; a shop is the shop's TikTok account
Google Mapsplace, keywordA place URL, a maps.app.goo.gl share link or a place id; or a place search
App Storeapp, keywordAn App Store URL or numeric id; or an app search
Google Playapp, keywordA Google Play URL or package name; or an app search

A keyword review source reads the reviews of the top 5 results of the search (products, places or apps). On Google Maps a search such as "phở hà nội" works well because Maps searches by type of place and area.

Review sources are explicit targets, so their reviews skip the project's include keywords and language filter. Excluded keywords still apply.

tip

An App Store app has separate reviews per country. Add the app once per country, or use More countries on one source to read up to 9 extra countries together.

Set them when you add or edit the source, or as project defaults under Settings → What to collect.

What a review shows

  • Star rating (1–5), title and text, author.
  • The target: product, shop, place or app, with a link.
  • The variant bought (for example "Black, M") and whether it is a verified purchase, when the platform says so.
  • The seller's, owner's or developer's public reply and when it was posted.
  • Helpful votes and photos.
  • Tiki: comments under a review become comment mentions.

Fields the platform does not provide stay empty; they are never filled with zero.

The Reviews tab

The project's Reviews tab lists reviews with filters for stars, variant, seller reply, platform and dates, and sorts by newest, lowest or highest rating, or most helpful. It also shows the On the platforms card: the target's own rating, number of reviews, followers and star breakdown as the platform reports them.

On the dashboard, rating cards (average rating, distribution, reply rate, rating over time) appear when the project has reviews or review sources. Compare and the Industry overview show the average rating too.

Reviewers are customers, not influencers: they are not added to the creator directory, and appear in influencer rankings only when you filter on reviews.

Low-rating alerts

Create an alert of type Low rating to be told when a new review has 1 or 2 stars (or 1 star only). Each review alerts once. See Alerts.

API filters

All analytics endpoints and the feed accept kind=review, rating (a comma list of 1–5), rating_min and rating_max, has_seller_reply (1 or 0) and variant. The feed also sorts by rating and helpful. See the Listening API.
