Bulk action on creators

/api/v3/listening/creator-lists/:list/creators/bulk

listening.manage: add (action add) or remove (action remove) up to 200 creators at once, as the single POST / DELETE do it. Adding saves creators of your creator directory; ones already on the list count as added; any other creator (another account's, or followed in a project with no post yet) and ones past the list's size limit (2000) are listed in failed with id platform:handle. A creator named twice: 422, nothing saved. 20 a minute
