📄️Open a ticket

Open a ticket (`support.manage`, 10/min). The person is `opened_by`; Lantfly staff are alerted. A reference must be a run, actor or listening project of the acting account (422 otherwise).

📄️One ticket with its customer-visible thread

One ticket with its customer-visible thread. Another account's ticket is 404.

📄️Add message to ticket

Reply (`support.manage`, 20/min). A resolved or pending ticket goes back to open; a closed one is 422 (reopen first).

📄️Close the ticket

Close the ticket (`support.manage`). 422 when already closed.

📄️Reopen a resolved or closed ticket

Reopen a resolved or closed ticket (`support.manage`). 422 when it is still open.
