A new signing key for this storage: every public link already handed out for it stops working, items_public_url and keys_public_url included, and so does the `?signature=` of a single record (which carries no expiry of its own). Returns the storage with its new links. Needs storage.write; a run token cannot call it. 20 a minute

Pagination also in X-Lantfly-Pagination-{Total,Offset,Limit,Count,Desc} headers; for streamed formats Count is the stored items in the page (before clean/unwind), meta.count the items sent. Without a token: `?signature=` from items_public_url, or the owner's general access
