One action on up to 200 of your webhooks: enable, disable or delete, as the single PATCH is_enabled / DELETE do it (listening hooks keep their cursors; one whose listening project is gone is listed in failed). Ids that are not your webhooks or repeated: 422, nothing changed. 20 a minute
