POST/api/v3/listening/transfers/:transfer/accept
Step 2, by an owner or admin of the target account (or Lantfly staff) with the token from their email: the plan limits, running collections and the requester's right to move the project are checked again, then the project moves (completed). 10 a minute

No longer waiting for acceptance (transfer in error.details.data)
transfer_expired: the 7-day link ran out
transfer_failed: the move is refused now (plan limit, a collection is running, the project changed account, the requester lost the right); the transfer is failed with failure_reason (in error.details.data)
