/api/v3/listening/projects/:project/attributes

Manage: create (max 50) { name, type attribute (default)|product_line|topic_cluster|tracking_term, color #rrggbb, rules: { match any|all, conditions: [{ field keyword|hashtag|author|platform, values: [...] }] } }; mentions are tagged by the rules in the background, and new ones on ingest
