Activity log of the acting account: every write request on /api/v3 (run tokens aside), kept a platform setting. Owner/admin see everyone's, other members their own (meta.scope).

data[]: member, via (dashboard|api_token|org_token|run|guest|system), token_id, method, route, action, details, path, subject_type, subject_id, status, ip, user_agent, created_at; meta: pagination, scope, retention_days. A request row's details.changes lists what it changed: [{subject_type, subject_id, event: created|updated|deleted, changes: {field: {old, new}}, redacted: [field]}] (secrets and free-form fields are only named in redacted); details.mcp_tools the MCP tools it called. Changes made by a job, the scheduler or Lantfly staff are rows of their own: method EVENT, action ⟨subject⟩.⟨event⟩, via system, member null, details {changes, redacted, source: job|console|admin|request}
